It wasn't the "blue screen of death," but it had the same effect: A Colorado Springs man was so frustrated with "fighting his computer" that he took the machine into a back alley and shot it eight times, NBC News reported. Lucas Hinch, 37, got a municipal violation for firing his 9mm inside city limits, according to a police report titled, "Man Kills His Computer." Colorado Springs Police and noted that Hinch "effectively disabled" the Dell desktop, and posted a picture of the bullet-riddled machine on the department's Twitter and Facebook pages.
